Mark Baker, DMD
Dr. Mark Baker grew up in Salt Lake City and completed his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Utah. He went on to complete dental school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After graduation, he practiced dentistry in Colorado before returning home to Utah in 2012.
Dr. Baker enjoys being a life-long student and has completed several continuing education courses since earning his degree. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Utah Dental Association, and the Dixie Dental Association. Dr. Baker offers a variety of general dental services and strives to make each patient comfortable while in the dental chair.
Dr. Baker and his wife, Bethany, have a 6-year-old daughter, a 3-year-old son, and a one- year-old baby boy. Outside of the dental office, Dr. Baker likes to spend time with his family; mountain bike; hike Southern Utah; play tennis, basketball, and ping pong; and photograph Southern Utah’s beautiful landscape.

Elyse Ricketts, RDH, Hygienist
Elyse graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2005 from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She LOVES her job and always likes learning new information, especially anything dental or medical related. She loves spending time with her husband, no matter what they are doing. Since she met her husband, she has learned to play golf.
Elyse met her husband, Larry, in St. George after school and has been married since 2009. She was born and raised in Cedar City, Utah, and moved to St. George after finishing hygiene school. She is the youngest of 3, being the only girl.
Angie Leifson, RDH, Hygienist
Angie has been in the dental field for over 25 years after earning her Dental Hygiene degree from Midlands Tech College in South Carolina. She has shared 13 of those years with Premier Dental, and she loves being part of the team as a hygienist. Angie loves creating possibilities for patients to achieve their best dental health. As a mother of 4 wonderful children whom she adores, Angie shares the same philosophy that Premier Dental stands by: Family First. She loves to laugh, play the guitar, and spend time with family.
Martha Horn, Treatment Coordinator
Martha is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and has been living in St. George since 2008. She has been in the dental field since 1999 as a dental assistant, dental assistant instructor, assistant office manager, and now as an office manager. She loves working with people and educating them on their dental needs! She is raising 5 beautiful children and loves spending time with her family, fitness, hiking, and biking.
Tesia Meikle, Patient care coordinator
Tesia is originally from Phoenix, AZ, and recently moved to St. George in August of 2016 to attend Dixie State University. She has worked in the dental field for 5 years in a variety of positions. At Premier Dental, she loves working with patients and everyone in the office. In her spare time, Tesia loves outdoor activities, including camping and hiking.
Cindy Webb, Assistant
Cindy Webb has been assisting for 16 years and went to the Brymans School in Orange, CA, for dental assisting. She loves everything about her job but is particularly fond of the assistant-patient relationships that she has formed over the years. She is married to Don Webb, and they have two children and two grandchildren. Cindy loves Southern Utah, and her favorite things are family, friends, and anything outdoors.
Maddy Gibson, Assistant
Madison was born and raised in Northern Utah, but she has been living in St. George for the last three years and is loving it! She has been a dental assistant for a little over a year. Madison is currently studying at Dixie State University and is aspiring to be accepted into the dental hygiene program next winter, where she plans on taking her dental experience to the next level. She loves hiking, volleyball, dancing, reading and hanging out with her family.
